Much more than just a number.
We are convinced that gender equality in business cannot be reduced to a question of numbers or ‘pink quotas’. In every area and at every level of our organization, equality means economic conditions based on experience and growth, not on gender. It means equal career opportunities and responsibilities. It means tools and services that allow families with young children to experience work without sacrifices.
At Arcoplex Group , all of this is more than just a commitment. Our challenge for gender equity has prompted us to start, once again ahead of schedule, the process of obtaining Gender Equality Certification as promoted by the European Commission.
This is recognition for the good practices we have already implemented to ensure inclusion, equal career opportunities and respect the gender balance, but it is also an incentive to make this approach increasingly pervasive at all levels of our organisational system.
