Pebax® thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are lightweight polymers known for their high energy return and resistance to low temperatures, making them ideal for dynamic applications.
Pebax® are block copolymers, made from rigid polyamide and flexible polyether. By adjusting the ratio between these blocks, a wide range of materials can be obtained, from rigid and hard to soft and flexible, without the need for plasticizers.
These polymers combine the toughness typical of polyamides with the elasticity and flexibility of polyethers or polyesters.

Rilsan® PA11 is a high-performance polyamide derived from renewable raw materials, such as castor oil. Lightweight, sustainable, recyclable, and durable, it represents a versatile solution.
Thanks to its unique chain of 11 carbon atoms, Rilsan® PA11 features high crystallinity and a strong hydrogen bonding density. This provides a higher melting point, lower permeability to fuels and gases, as well as increased impact resistance compared to polyamide 12.
Compared to short-chain polyamides, Rilsan® PA11 is more flexible, dimensionally stable, and impact-resistant. It can be processed using technologies such as extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding, and is compatible with various additives and reinforcements like fiberglass or carbon fiber. It resists temperatures from -40°C to +130°C.
