THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMERS: they are polymers with mechanical feature mainly related to the softness (with different hardness values that go from Shore A to Shore D) and the dynamic properties even in different in environmental or working special conditions.

POLYETHER BLOCK AMIDE (PEBA): it’s a highly technical polyamide elastomer, it features  high performance, such as elasticity, flexibility, elastic recovery even at extremely cold temperatures, good abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. Its features make it perfect for highly technical applications.

RUBBER THERMOPLASTIC styrene (SBS, SEBS): it is an amorphous polymers belonging to the family of thermoplastic elastomers styrene. SBS and SEBS elastomers are among the most used for the production of various objects where softness, soft touch, aesthetics are required. They lend very well to customized formulations and designed specifically for the final application. Compared to Styrene Butadiene Styrene (SBS), the Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene (SEBS) is more technical and performant in particular applications because it resists better to oxidative action of UV rays, has an operating temperature that can even reach up to 120 ° C, there are specific formulations to overmold rigid thermoplastics (PP, SAN, PS, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PA) which allows to vary at will the design of asthetic or functional items. The scale of hardness is very broad and ranges from 15 ShoreA to expand the scale of hardness shored.

THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE (TPU): it is an amorphous polymer belonging to the family of Polyesters (polyester TPU) and Polyethers (polyether TPU). It is an elastomer with high resistance to tearing, abrasion and carving. It has a very high greep that makes it perfect for the production of wheels (carriages, shoes etc.) .In terms of surface hardness is provided by value that starts from 70 ShoreA to rise up to 70 shoreD. Another important feature is the excellent elastic recovery (compression set) which is kept even at very strict temperatures.

THERMOPLASTIC VULCANIZATE (TPV): part of this family of polymers are the elastomer vulcanizate (or cross-linked). The vulcanization/crosslinking process applied to a polymer gives a sum of excellent thermoplastic, elastomeric, flexibility and elastic features.
