Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a copolymer composed of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It is known for its excellent elasticity, flexibility, transparency, and adhesiveness. It is used in numerous applications due to its thermoplastic properties and the wide range of characteristics that can be modified by varying the vinyl acetate content.

Technical Properties

  • Appearance: Transparent or slightly opaque
  • Density: 0.93 – 0.95 g/cm³
  • Melt Flow Index (MFI): 0.3 – 40 g/10 min (at 190°C/2.16 kg)
  • Melting Temperature: 85 – 95°C
